We respect your privacy, therefore, all items will be shipped with
the return address labeled: W.O.W. (unless shipped directly from the manufacturer). Shipping charges are not included in the price of the wig.
Expedited shipping is available for P.O. Box mailing addresses,
however, since the item(s) will be shipped via USPS we do not guarantee
the expedited service. The reason being that USPS does not guarantee
their expedited services, so unfortunately we cannot pass on a guarantee
of delivery for expedited shipping to PO Boxes or any orders being
shipped by the post office. All shipments are sent via USPS, Fed Ex or
UPS. We reserve the right to use the carrier of our choice when shipping
orders. All items being shipped directly from the manufacturer will be
shipped at their discretion. World of Wigs does not have any control
over which delivery service a manufacturer uses. All P.O. Boxes are
shipped via USPS. Shipping charges are estimated amounts and may be
adjusted according to weight and size. If dimensional weight is used to
calculate a customer's shipping total you will be notified of a
shipping rate change before merchandise is shipped out. Orders that consist of more than 2 manufacturers may incur a $10.00 service charge.
* During Holiday seasons (ie. Christmas & Halloween) please allow for 1-2 business days of additional order processing time.
Business days are Monday through Friday excluding holidays. If you need an item by a specific date, please call (714-547-4461) or email (sales@worldofwigs.com) to inquire about delivery. Emailing us is the best option, since we can check stock and get back to you with delivery details.
