Refunds and Exchanges
Return requests must be made within 15 days from the order date. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Exchange orders will be shipped by standard ground shipping, unless otherwise requested
by customer. When making an exchange, all shipping and handling fees are the responsibility of the customer. To request a return, please fill out the online form within the Returns section of our website. Please email us at email@example.com for a Return Authorization Number if you are having difficulties. Be sure to write the RAN on the outside of your box.
No exceptions will be made for merchandise arriving after the 30 day refund period. Items must be returned in their original packaging with tags still attached. Wigs and hairpieces must not have been brushed or altered in any manner. Exchanges will not be honored if this policy is not followed.
Items that may not be returned for a refund or exchange are: Discounted items, Clearance, Special Orders, Custom Wigs, Costume Wigs, Sale wigs and any other item that says NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES in the description.
NOTE: Our website policies do not apply to purchases made in our retail store. Website orders picked up at World of Wigs retail store will still include the shipping fees which are non-refundable. Any online orders may not be returned to World of Wigs retail store. You must fill out a Return Authorization form to return/exchange your order and mail it to: World of Wigs, ATT: Returns Dept., 2305 E 17th Street, Santa Ana, CA 92705. Taxes and Currency
Sales tax will be added for California residents. All prices on this website are in US Dollars. Sales tax is 7.75% for CA residents.
