Refunds and Exchanges
Returns must be made within 30 days from the order date. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Exchange orders will be shipped by standard ground shipping, unless otherwise requested
by customer. When making an exchange, all shipping and handling fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a Return Authorization Number. Be sure to write the RAN on the outside of your box.
No exceptions will be made for merchandise arriving after the 30 day refund period. Items must be returned in their original packaging with tags still attached. Wigs and hairpieces must not have been brushed or altered in any manner. Exchanges will not be honored if this policy is not followed.
Items that may not be returned for a refund or exchange are: Discounted items, Clearance, Special Orders, Custom Wigs and any other item that says NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES in the description.
NOTE: Our website policies do not apply to purchases made in our retail store. If you have any questions about a purchase made in-store, please contact us.
Taxes and Currency
Sales tax will be added for California residents. All prices on this website are in US Dollars. Please allow 3 weeks to process your order when paying by check. Your item(s) will be shipped out as soon as your check has cleared our bank. Please know that the check will clear your bank before it clears ours, which is why it takes so many days to ship out the order. We highly recommend paying by credit card to avoid any delays in shipping. All bounced checks will incur a $35.00 returned check fee.
