Refunds and Exchanges
Exchanges must be made within 14 days from the delivery date. A 10% restocking fee or a $5.00 minimum fee is applied to all exchanges .
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. A store credit will be issued for balances left after the exchange. Exchange orders will be shipped by standard ground shipping, unless otherwise requested by customer.
Refunds must be made within 7 days from the delivery date, excluding weekends and holidays. A 10% restocking fee is applied
to all refunds. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. No exceptions will be made for merchandise arriving after the
seven day refund period. Items must be returned in their original packaging with tags still attached. Wigs and hairpieces must not have been brushed or altered in any manner. Refunds/Exchanges will not be honored if this policy is not followed.
Costume wigs are non-refundable, however, you may exchange them for another style and/or color. Please refer to the exchange policy for details on the time frame for exchanges. Breast forms are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Color rings are non-refundable. Restocking fees are applied to exchanges as described above.
If an item is returned for an exchange and the time frame has elapsed for a refund, the new item you are purchasing may not be returned for a refund, but only for an exchange. If you feel that the item you ordered is not suitable for you, we recommend returning it within the "refund period" even if you are exchanging it. This will give you more
flexibility if the new item you are purchasing is not suitable either. We want our customers to be happy with what they purchase from us, which is why we want you to have as much flexibility in your purchasing decision as possible.
Shipping
We respect your privacy, therefore, all items will be shipped with
the return address labeled: W.O.W. (unless shipped directly from the manufacturer)Shipping charges are not included in the price of the wig. Expedited shipping is available for P.O. Box mailing addresses, however, since the item(s) will be shipped via USPS we do not guarantee the expedited service. The reason being that USPS does not guarantee their expedited services, so unfortunately we cannot pass on a guarantee of delivery for expedited shipping to PO Boxes or any orders being shipped by the post office. All shipments are sent via USPS, Fed Ex, DHL or UPS. We reserve the right to use the carrier of our choice when shipping orders. All items being shipped directly from the manufacturer will be shipped at their discretion. World of Wigs does not have any control over which delivery service a manufacturer uses. All P.O. Boxes are shipped via USPS. Shipping charges are estimated amounts and may be adjusted according to weight and size. If dimensional weight is used to calculate a customer's shipping total you will be notified of a shipping rate change before merchandise is shipped out.Orders that consist of more than 2 manufacturers will incur a $10.00 service charge.
Standard Shipping: Allow approximately 7-10 business days
3-4 Day: Allow 1-2 business days* for order processing and 3-4 business days for shipping
2nd Day: Allow 1-2 business days* for order processing and 2 business days for shipping
Next Day Air: Many of our items are available for overnight shipping (please allow 1 additional day to process order. Call us if you need an item the next day). Raquel Welch items are not available for overnight and 2nd day air shipping.
* During Holiday seasons (ie. Christmas & Halloween) please allow for 1-2 business days of additional order processing time.
Taxes and Currency
Sales tax (7.75%) will be added for California residents. All prices on this website are in US Dollars. Please allow 3 weeks to process your order when paying by check. Your item(s) will be shipped out as soon as your check has cleared our bank. Please know that the check will clear your bank before it clears ours, which is why it takes so many days to ship out the order. We highly recommend paying by credit card to avoid any delays in shipping. All bounced checks will incur a $25.00 returned check fee.

World of Wigs will not provide third parties with any of your personal information. We will only send you email directly related to orders you place on our website. If you create a worldofwigs.com account, you will have the option
to request newsletters containing World of Wigs news, coupons, specials and other promotional items. You can cancel the newsletter at any time, with no penalties. Instructions for subscribing or unsubscribing from our newsletters can be
